Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Unilateral LBP radiating posterolateraly to the lower leg below knee, present for more than 6 weeks Negative LANSS Hypoesthesia and/or lower motor neuron weakness in the affected limb
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Contraindications to manual therapy Abnormal bowel and bladder function Withdrawal of informed consent Bilateral leg pain Upper motor neuron lesions showing exaggerated deep tendon reflexes Previous Physiotherapy interventions for leg pain Previous history of spinal surgery and surgery to the affected lower limb or trauma within the past 6 months Pregnant female subjects History of vascular disease in the lower extremities
