Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patient between the ages of 20 to 60 years. (2) Uncomplicated cases with classical picture of Tamaka svasa, irrespective of demographical division. (3) Patients having intermittent, mild persistence, or moderate persistant type of asthma severity will be selected for the study. Severity of Asthma will be assessed according to the gradation for asthma severity assessment adopting from primary care respiratory journal 17 (3): 138-147 (September 2008 by Yawn BP et. Al.).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patient suffering from disease like known case of HTN, Cancer, AIDS, LVH, IHD, Tuberculosis and other systemic disorder which leads to the fatal condition of the patient. (2) Patients having HbA1c above 7.5 of diabetes mellitus. (3) Patients who have taken medication of corticosteroids, psycho pharmacological drugs within last 6 months. (4) Patients having Status asthmaticus and acute severe exacerbation exacerbation of asthma or severe persistent asthma will be excluded.
