Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: smoking history of more than a year and more than 10 cigarettes a day. Healthy controls who are non-smokers

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Asthma, Pulmonary tuberculosis, Diabetes Mellitus, Chronic Renal Failure, Liver diseases, Tobacco chewer, Occasional smokers, Carcinomas
