Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Skilled registered staff nurses in psychiatric ward, in selected hospitals in Mangalore. The staff nurses GNM,BSC Certified have completed at least one month as a staff nurse The staff nurses, who can read and write English.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The nurses who are not registered nurse. Registered nurses who have completed Psychiatry M Sc nursing course with psychiatry nursing.
