Health Condition 1: null- Cancer patients aged 18 to 70 undergoing major hepatobiliarysurgeries (whipples surgery, left hepatectomy and radical cholecystectomy).

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Cancer patients undergoing major hepatobiliary surgeries
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Refusal to consent. 2. Patients who had undergone previous hepatic surgeries. 3. Chronic alcoholics. 4. Acute or Chronic hepatitis. 5. Elevated liver function tests more than twice than that of normal range. 6. Serum bilirubin >2 mg% 7. Age group less than 18 years and above 65 years. 8. Emergency surgeries. 9. Pregnant patients. 10. Patients likely to suffer massive blood loss and posted for extended hepatic resection. 11. Patients with cholangitis OR in sepsis.
