Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ASA Grade 1-2 patient undergoing surgery in plastic operation theater under general anesthesia for more than 3 hours.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Hemodynamically unstable patient refusal raised ICT Inability to tolerate increased work of breathing Recent facial, oral, esophageal, or skull surgery
