Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed cases of internal as well as interno-external piles of late second degree onwards. Patients of Arsha as mentioned above and those medically fit for surgery irrespective of sex caste religion & occupation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who were suffering from internal as well as interno-external piles but they shall be excluded if having following problems- Age less than 16 years and more than 65 years Panduni Durdarshani Darunani Kshama Swara Urdhwang Vikara Pidita Hrid Roga Pregnancy Malignancy Rectal prolapse Haemorrhoids associated with Fissure and fistula-in-Ano Hepatitis B Tuberculoses HIV & VDRL positive cases Acute / Chronic anal fissure Uncontrolled HT & DM
