Intervention1: dexmedetomidine: 0.7mcg/kg dexmedetomidine in 0.9% NaCl- 20â??mL in 10 minutes followed by fentanyl 2 mcg/kg,propofol 1.5-2 mg/kg and rocuronium 0.8-1 mg/kg

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ASA physical status I-II, Age 18â??65 years undergoing scheduled thoracic surgery requiring double lumen tube for isolation of lungs
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: H/O allergy to study drug,ASA III and IV,Mallampati Grade 3 and 4,Patient with Heart Block /Pacemaker /HR 1.5),Liver impairment,Poorly controlled hypertension,Patient refusal,Pregnancy,
