Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed cases of hypothyroidism on the basis of Sr. TSH, T3 and T4 levels.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Ischemic heart diseases • Uncontrolled hypertension • Myocardial Infarction • Cerebrovascular event • Cardiac arrhythmias • Pregnancy • Active malignant disease

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To bring back the S.T3 S.T4 and S.TSH to the normal levelTimepoint: after 6-8 weeks of intervention

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Patients will be reviewed for sign and symptoms and health condition after 7 day for a period of 4 weeks.Timepoint: after 7th day for a period of 4 weeks.
