Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients having classical symptomatology of Madhumeha (Type 2 D.M.) will be selected from O.P.D. and I.P.D. of I.P.G.T. & R.A., Hospital, Jamnagar. Both the sexes having Age between 30 years to 60 years. Patients having Fasting glucose level >= 126 mg/dl and Post prandial glucose level >= 200 mg/dl.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Patients of Diabetes Mellitus receiving Insulin. • Patients having chronic complications of Diabetes Mellitus 1. Microvascular: Retinopathy, Neuropathy, & Nephropathy. 2. Macrovascular: Coronary artery disease, Peripheral vascular disease & Cerebro-vascular disease. 3. Patients having high serum creatinine, pregnant women, lactating women and ketoacidosis. 4. Other chronic debilitating diseases like STD etc.
