Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Persons with proper night sleep but not sleeping during day time Persons awaking at night and sleeping during day time to compensate it Persons having natural night sleep and also having sleep during day time

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age group below 20 years and above 50 years Persons with any psychological or systemic disorders Pregnant women

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The persons who are indulged in Divaswapna Day sleep may show the sign and symptoms of increased Snigdhata that is Kapha Pitta Vriddhi in the bodyTimepoint: 1 year

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The persons of all the three groups will be informed about the adverse effects of Diva-swapna Day Sleep and will be advised to adopt the proper sleep pattern , for the prevention of forthcoming diseases. Timepoint: 1 year
