Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed clinically with plantar fasciitis with symptoms not less than 6 weeks. 2. Age : 25-65 years 3. Both genders 4. Patients with moderate â?? severely affected Activities of Daily Living as on Foot Ankle Disability Index (FADI). 5. Patients who are willing to participate and are willing to omit any other treatment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients unable to do stretching due to painful hip or knee 2. Patients on con- committant therapy 3. Patients who have taken previous steroid injection. 4. Patients with history of psychosocial dysfunction 5. Patients applying for Worksmanâ??s Compensation 6. Patients who have undergone surgery. 7. Patients who have other pathological disorders causing pain in heel. 8. Patients with Body Mass Index (BMI) > 25
