Inclusion criteria: PATIENT WITH FEATURES OF RAISED INTRACRANIAL PRESSURE POSTED FOR SURGERY

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unable to get window by TCD Orbital pathologies including Inflammation, tumors etc Inability to cannulate lateral ventricle Trauma and bleeding during ventricular cannulation
