Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Nurses those who are working in psychiatric setting in full time basis 2.Nurses those who had special training in ACLS or they had not under gone any special training
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Nurses who have less than 6 months experience of working in the psychiarty wards 2 Student Nurses those who are completing their internship in the psychiatry wards
