Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Patients with age group between 18-60 years 2)Newly diagnosed Dyspepsia, GERD and IBS patients 3)In patients and Out patients of Gastroenterology department 4)Patients who are willing

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Excluding age group below 18 years and above 60 years 2)Pregnant women 3)Not willing consent patients 4)Psychiatric patients 5)Patients who are not keeping up their regular follow up appointments
