Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The subjects for the study will be selected on the following basis - • Group I â??Euglycemic subjects with â?? Fasting Blood Glucose(FBG) 70-110mg/dl, Post Prandial blood Glucose (PPBG) • Group II â?? T2DM patients (recently diagnosed) with â?? FBG >= 126gm/dl, PPG >= 200gms/dl HbA IC >=6.5% • Group III- T2DN Patients without Cardiovascular Disease (CVD)with â?? FBG >= 126gm/dl, PPG >= 200gms/dl , HbA IC >=6.5% , Urine Microalbumin>= 30mg/day or >= 30mg / g Creatinine • Group IV- T2DN with CVD - FBG >= 126gm/dl, PPG >= 200gms/dl HbA IC >=6.5%, Urine Microalbumin >= 30mg/day or >= 20mg/g Creatinine, And clinically diagnosed with Cardiovascular Disease
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with systemic illness (liver disease, polycystic ovary syndrome ,cerebrovascular accidents, chronic infections and inflammatory diseases, autoimmune disorders, non-diabetic nephropathy, psychiatric patients, cancer). 2) Patients taking supplements of antioxidants, vitamins and Minerals. 3) Pregnant and breast feeding women 4) Patients with any Trauma, Major surgery and GI disorders 5) Non diabetic cardiovascular diseases and non diabetic renal failure
