Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Ã?SA I-III BMI- 18.5 to 39.9 Undergoing gynaecological surgeries

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients refusal for the block 2.uncontrolled hypertension 3. Using alpha-2 antagonist 4. With arrhythmias on ECG 5. Allergic to study drug 6.absolute contraindications for SAB 7.BMI >40
