Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of 60-85 years and both sexes, suffering from geriatric depression, stress, or anxiety

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who are too sick for consultation, unwilling to stay after the doctorâ??s visit, unable to read patient information sheets, and not giving consent to join the study, diagnosed cases of unstable mental or psychiatric illness or other systemic disease affecting QoL, currently receiving standard psychiatric therapy (conventional medication), self-reported immune-compromised state, substance abuse
