Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: pregnant women in 10 to 12 weeks pregnancy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: severe anemia diagnosed malabsorbtion syndrome diagnosed psychiatric syndrome History of iron supplementation for more than one month in last three months
