Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18-60 yrs age No other spinal disorders or canal stenosis No previous lumbar spinal surgery Normal BMD

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age 60 yrs More than one level dermatomal involvement More than one level symptomatic disc herniation Any other concomitant spinal disorder Bilateral Symptoms
