Inclusion criteria: ALL PATIENTS > 16 YRS, DIAGNOSED WITH ACR 1987 CRITERIA

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.PATIENTS WITH RA ASSOCIATED THE OTHER CONNECTIVE TISSUE DISEASE(SLE,SCLERODERMA,ETC) 2.PREGNANT WOMEN 3.LACTATING MOTHERS 4.NON CONSENTING PATIENTS
