Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children in the age group 2 - 10 years undergoing elective surgeries under general anaesthesia requiring orotracheal intubation
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Predicted / anticipated difficult airway Predicted / anticipated hyper reactive airway Intubation by means other than direct laryngoscopy
