Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Neck pain radiating to upper limbs with or without numbness,giddiness and neck stiffness Willing to participate in trial and signing consent by fulfilling the conditions of Proforma Willing to give blood sample for laboratory investigations Willing to take x-ray before and after treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Cervical rib Traumatic conditions Spina bifida Ankylosing spondylosis Tuberculosis in spine Diabetes mellitus Hypertension and cardiac diseases Narcotic addicts Pregnancy and lactation Benign and malignant neoplasm Patients with any other serious illness
