Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
heart rate, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, mean blood pressureTimepoint: every 10 minutes from induction till start of coronary anastomosis.during coronary anastomosis every 5 minutes. after anastomosis evey 10 minutes till the closure of chest.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
level of troponin T and Brain Natriuretic PeptideTimepoint: 12 hours postoperatively;morbidity and mortalityTimepoint: upto 30 days from date of operation;time to extubateTimepoint: after shifting in icu;untoward incidences like arrthymias or arrestTimepoint: till the patient in the hospital;central venous pressure , mean pulmonary arterial pressure, pulmonary capillary wedge pressure, stroke index, cardiac index, systemic vascular resistance index, pulmonary vascular resistance index, left ventricular stroke work index, right ventricular stroke work index, mixed venous oxygen saturationTimepoint: before induction,3 minutes after induction, 1 and 3 minutes after intubation,5 and 30 minutes after protamine
