Intervention1: Protocol A: administration of initial dose of 100ml of anti snake venom in 500ml normal saline over 1 hour followed by 100ml of anti snake venom every 6th hourly till whole blood clotti

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.All cases of hemotoxic snake bites. 2.Whole blood clotting time more than 20min at presentation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of neurotoxicity
