Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age 25-65years. Parous patient preferably those who have completed their families included. Where trial of medical management for SUI has failed. No significant medical problems (Uncontrolled DM, HTN, Cardiac disease). Willing to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Previous failed surgical management for SUI. Previous surgery for prolapse uterus. Associated Neurological disease like Parkinsons disease, multiple sclerosis. Allergy to local anesthetic. Detrusor overactivity. On psychiatric drugs (anti psychotic drugs). History of Spinal surgery. Not willing to participate in the study.
