Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: American Society of Anesthesiologist physical status 1-2, undergoing trans sphenoidal surgery for pituitary tumours at Post Graduate Institue for Medical Education and Research, Chandigarh, will be enrolled in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: • Any severe airway disease/major cardiovascular risk factors/uncontrolled hypertension. • Severe hepatic or renal disease. • Any preoperative neurological deficit/GCS • Psychological disease and medications. • History of alcohol or drug abuse. • History of taking drugs which effect psychomotor performance • Patients with untoward intra operative events in whom post-operative mechanical ventilation may be required. • Patientâ??s refusal.
