Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients fulfilling the diagnostic criteria which are based on signs and symptoms of Karna Srava (CSOM) and examination will be selected for study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: •Patients having atticoantral type of CSOM. •Patients suffering from any chronic debilitating disease, with other ear pathology and cases which required surgical intervention will be excluded from study.
