Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: admission to ICU, presence of septic shock Presence of AKI

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: estimated life expectancy of 3 months, i.e. patients with terminal organ failure requiring transplant as treatment. metastatic cancer, decompensated cirrhosis, acute necrotizing pancreatitis, (1st weeks) prior diagnosis of ESKD, confirmed pregnancy, lack of commitment to full medical support
