Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects suffering from Low Back Pain for more than two days. Subjects diagnosed as having Non Specific Low Back Pain.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects having any physical or psychiatric impairment. Subjects suffering from severe nausea, anorexia, metastatic diseases of bones or other diseases affecting health (e.g. arthritis and multiple sclerosis, TB). Subjects practicing yoga at least a month prior to participation in study. Subjects operated for any spine or abdominal surgery.
