Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: At the time of admission to CCM ICU adult ( >18yrs) patients who require ultrasound guided central venous catheterization will be included in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Pediatric patients • Patient without consent.
