Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a. Patients of ACS presenting at the randomly selected 8 non-physician manned CHC/CH and their draining PHCs in Kangra District will be included after obtaining their consent in the Intervention cluster. b. Patients of ACS having first medical contact at the physician manned hospitals or their draining PHCs will be included in the control cluster.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients of ACS having first medical contact at the hospitals outside the intervention or control clusters or at Dr. RPGMC Tanda will be excluded.
