Health Condition 1: null- All adult patients of age more than 18 years admitted to Tata memorial ICU for more than 24 hours without acute coronary syndrome

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All ICU admissions medical, surgical or emergency with pathologically proven diagnosis of cancer. 2. Age > 18 years. 3. The most recent admission will be considered in case of multiple admissions. 4 For patients requiring readmission to the ICU during the same hospital stay, only the first ICU admission would be considered
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients younger than 18 years 2. Patients with burn injuries 3. Patients who died within 4 hours of ICU. 4. Admission ICU stay of less than 24 hours 5. Patients with definite/suspected diagnosis of acute coronary syndrome 6. Patients who had been considered cured of their cancer for more than 5 years and those with non-cancer disease 7. Bone marrow transplant patients
