Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) World federation of Neurosurgeons (WFNS) Grade I-II 2) American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) Grade I-II.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Any co morbidity other than hypertension or diabetes mellitus (i.e. Coronary artery Disease, COPD, Hepatic and Renal impairment) 2) Patients in sepsis
