Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Newly diagnosed male or female hypothyroid patientsâ?? >= 18 years of age 2.Willing to sign patient authorization form prior to any registry procedure

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Hypothyroid patients already on treatment 2. Patients with hypothyroidism requiring hospital admission for any cause at the time of enrollment 3. Patients with malignancy or history of malignancy in the last 5 years 4. Pregnant hypothyroid women at the time of enrollment

1) To create a database, to understand patient & disease profile of newly diagnosed patients 2) To evaluate the treatment prescribed to patients and analyze the TSH levels with respect to dose of levothyroxine 3) To determine complications and comorbidities associated with hypothyroidism 4) To understand the treatment pattern and follow up method for newly diagnosed patient for the period of 12 months 5) Tolerability of levothyroxineTimepoint: 1) To create a database, to understand patient & disease profile of newly diagnosed patients 2) To evaluate the treatment prescribed to patients and analyze the TSH levels with respect to dose of levothyroxine 3) To determine complications and comorbidities associated with hypothyroidism 4) To understand the treatment pattern and follow up method for newly diagnosed patient for the period of 12 months 5) Tolerability of levothyroxine
