Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Normal, Asymptomatic, healthy young adults of both genders. • 18 â?? 40 years of age • Ability to give informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • High Hamstring flexibility ( >90 degrees when measure using Passive Straight Leg Raising Test) • Recent general surgery (past 12 months)
