Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Rotterdam revised criteria 2004 (2/3 criteria if present,) 1. Clinical & biochemical evidence of Hyperandrogenism (Hirsutism, acne, acanthosis nigricans & elevated S. testosterone) 2. Oligomenorrhoea/Amenorrhoea, Anovulation and menstrual irregularities. 3. USG finding- PCO features on USG( >10 follicles in a ovary/or one cyst > 10 mm in size )
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pelvic or Systemic diseases like Endometriosis Hydrosalpinx Fibroid uterus causing Oligomenorrhoea and Anovulation 2. Organic lesions of reproductive tract like TB Carcinoma and congenital deformities 3. Patients suffering from Adrenal Hyperplasia Androgen secreting neoplasm Thyroid Dysfunction Cushings syndrome Hyperprolactinaemia Diabetes Mellitus Hypertension Chronic Hepatic or Renal Diseases will be excluded 4. along with Current or previous within last 6 months use of OC Pills Gluco-cordticoids Anti-androgens Ovulation Induction agents anti diabetic anti-obesity drugs or other hormonal drug also excluded
