Inclusion criteria: ALL ADULTS 18 YEARS AND ABOVE

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who refuse to participate in the study; 2.Patients who have taken Vitamin B12 supplementation (even one dose)in the past 3 months 3.Patients who have folate deficiency
