Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects within 3rd to 6th decade. Blood glucose level(R) ranging from 170mg-300mg Polyuria, polyphagia, polydipsia, nocturia Noticeable weight loss Fatigue, lethargy, tiredness Peripheral neuritis, Pruritis all over the body

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Insulin dependent diabetes mellitus Secondary diabetes. Cardiovascular diseases Diabetic nephropathy Diabetic retinopathy Vulnerable population such as Pregnant women, Lactating mothers,TB Affected individuals, HIV positive (Clinical History)
