Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children of age 2 to 12 years posted for elective surgery under GA, ASA 1 and 2, Procedure performed in supine position

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known airway anomalies (airway Stenosis, Downâ??s syndrome), Known need for abnormal tube size, Risk of aspiration (intestinal obstruction), ASA 3 and 4 patients, Surgery of larynx, trachea, esophagus, Pulmonary diseases (pneumonia, asthma pulmonary malformation).
