Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patient ages beteen 16 to 70 years having pain in renal angle and loin region , radiating towards groin , burning micturation , mild haematuria radiological and USG evidence of stone , stone size upto 15 mm, urolithiatic patient with controlled hypertension and diabetic mellitus , crystals of stone
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Renal failure. 2. Gross Hydronephrosis. 3. Acute pain abdomen. 4. Cases which requires surgical intervention. 5. Severe Haematuria. 6. Stone size more than 15 mm. 7. Known cases of Malignancy. 8. Known cases of Tuberculosis. 9. Known cases of HIV positive. 10. Known cases of VDRL positive. 11. Known cases of Hepatitis-B positive
