Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: elderly having MMSE score less than 26, B twelve level less than 200

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe dementia, stroke, psychiatric illnesses

Improvement in the CBC, serum vitamin B12 profile and Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE), Addenbrookeâ??s Cognitive Examination (ACE), Yamaguchi Fox Pigeon Imitation Test cognitive scores ( YFPIT) of MCI elderly after vitamin B12 as well as omega-3 fatty acids intervention post six months supplementation.Timepoint: Screening for Enrolment Phase
