Inclusion criteria: ASA 1 & 2 POSTED FOR ELECTIVE SURGERY WITH ANTICIPATED DURATION OF 60 - 120 MIN

Exclusion criteria: ALCOHOLISM,SMOKING,HISTORY OF PSYCHIATRIC ILLNESS,NASAL POLYP, NASAL SURGERY,NEUROSURGERY,ALLERGIC RHINITIS,HYPOSMIA,UNCOOPERATIVE PATIENTS
