Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ASA status I and II Posted for endoscopic sinus surgery under general anaesthesia
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe cardiovascular or respiratory disease 2. Patient with hepatic or renal insufficiency 3. Patients with coagulopathy 4. Patients with cerebrovascular insufficiency 5. Patients on beta blockers, anticonvulsants, or any other centrally acting medications 6. Pregnancy and lactation 7. Patient allergic to the study drug
