Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: History of Grade III & IV defect on the medial or lateral femoral condyle or troclea,Failed prior treatment to articular defects of the knee

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Alcohol or drug abuse during last 3 years,Inflammatory joint disease,Serious illness and infective etiology
