Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: American society of Anaesthesiologist class I and II patients Body Mass index more than 25 Requiring Proseal laryngeal mask airway insertion

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with anticipated difficult airway. 2. Patients with oral and head and neck surgery. 3. Patients with history of gastro-esophageal reflux disease. 4. Emergency surgery.
