Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: willing to give informed consent Reflux symptom index > 13 Reflux finding score >7

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant and lactating female patient taking other drugs such as ketoconazole, theophylline and digoxin laryngitis due to other causes such as bacterial and viral infections
