Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of either sex, between age 18 years â?? 60 years, ASA grade I â?? II, who are scheduled for diagnostic or therapeutic knee arthroscopic surgery under Subarachnoid Block and are willing and able to give informed consent will be recruited to the trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ASA Grade III â?? IV Patients in whom articular drain is left in situ. Patients in whom Combined Spinal Epidural Analgesia-CSEA was used and epidural catheter is left in situ. Patients with any contra indication to spinal anesthesia. 5. Patients with any contra indication to Bupivacaine.
