Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: BMI 30-40 kg/m2 undergoing elective surgery of expected duration less than or equal to 3 hours under general anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: history of neuromuscular diseases, hepatic or renal disorders history of use of drugs known to influence neuromuscular transmission history of allergic reactions to any of the drugs pregnancy patients for proposed elective postoperative ventilation
