Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children with newly erupted permanent first molars teeth have pits and fissures that are anatomically susceptible to caries.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients and parents who DO NOT desire sealant applications and for whom sealant therapy is NOT technically feasible.
